Atrio Sciences s.r.o. publishes scientific information and supplies laboratory reference materials. It is owned by a single beneficial owner and managed by its Managing Director.
Purpose.
Atrio Sciences exists to make a fast-moving area of bioscience easier to evaluate and to research responsibly: through information that states its sources and its limits, and through reference materials that arrive with documentation.
The two activities share a scientific field and an operating method. They remain separate in purpose, claims and presentation.
Operating model.
Atrio Sciences is the legal, corporate and operational company: it purchases, distributes, sells and invoices. Its responsibilities include:
- Editorial and publishing development
- Scientific information management
- Supplier coordination and qualification
- Product-documentation management
- Purchasing, sales, commercial administration and invoicing
- European logistics coordination
- Quality review and record retention
- Corporate governance
The company engages external laboratories, manufacturers, logistics providers, editors, developers and professional advisers. Third-party capabilities are not presented as internally owned facilities or internal departments, and activities performed by a third party remain attributable to that provider.
