- When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, organisation, business email, request type, subject and message you provide. We use them only to answer your request and to keep a record of the correspondence.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where the request concerns a possible commercial relationship, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
- Recipients
- The website is hosted, and form submissions are received, by Netlify, Inc., acting as processor. Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
- Retention
- Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and for any period required by law.
- Your rights
- You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and may object to its processing, by writing to the address above.
